FileDirector enables you to index and sort documents straightforwardly: manually, using full-text, barcodes, individually defined OCR zones (Optical Character Recognition Zones) or automatic invoice recognition. Even an import of files or information from databases is simply done using schedulers or optional the standardised ODBC interface (Open Database Connectivity).

Using FileDirector, the retrieval of documents is straighforward and simple. An optional full text search allows it to identify either specific words or whole text blocks. The found document is displayed by a simple double click – even if the application, used for creating the document, isn’t installed.

Using the BusinessProcessManagment, you individually determine which users can view or edit documents. Thus, FileDirector is the ideal tool kit for e.g. invoicing (processes).
